With over 20 years of industry experience in the field of experience design, I bring a unique blend of engineering precision and cognitive psychology insights to the world of design. As a passionate design educator, I have been conducting UX trainings and Design Thinking workshops for corporate teams and design institutions across the globe. My work spans diverse sectors including Media & Entertainment, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, Banking, Legal, Automotive, and E-commerce—enabling teams to innovate, empathize, and create user-centric solutions that drive impact. I also have developed a 360 degree career analysis model for students of the age group 13 to 17 with all the aspects that help the student to make career choice after his 10th standard.

My Story
I started my journey with getting Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pune in 2004 and later Masters in Cognitive Psychology. Post that I have been working in User Experience domain in companies such as Human Factors International, Huawei, and Cybage in Pune. The passion for teaching encouraged me to start my journey as UX trainer in 2016. Since then I have been training professionals in the industries by taking courses in UX design, Design Thinking and all related areas.

In 2020, I have also started Design Thinking course for kids channelizing their talents and energy. Honing their design ability, communication and soft skills for shaping their thought process in problem solving and innovative thinking. This can build confidence in the challenging world of competition.
